Hi there...
I'm trying to adpat my full disk encryption methods I have used on other ubuntu systems (mint and ubuntu) but I am having a small issue.. I think it is as I am not correctly stopping the install script from trying to install the boot loader.
sh -c 'ubiquity -b gtk_ui'&
This is the command I use to launch ubiquity script but not actually install the boot loader..... but the BodHi version seems to actually install the bootloader...
What would be cool, if there was a command line I could run to install the base system... like say I make and mount the root / and home /home and swap.... then simply install / copy BodHi across. Basically I think my problem here is that BodHi is installing a boot loader as part of the install.
Any ideas on how I can do this?

yeah I am already using the -b thing... I think it is the "updating".... after you run it... let it update and then close and restart it.

before i found the -b option, i used to aim the bootloader install at the partition instead of the mbr. i ran ubiquity in a vm and when i chose the "something else" option i was given the choice to install the bootloader to sda or sda1. running ubiquity -b doesn't have that option.

for the record the Bodhi version of ubiquity is standard stock ubuntus. And In the past I always used the -b option myself and never had any issues. My desktop has multiple linux installs and I don't like messing grub up and then having to fix latter.
