hi my Bodhi laptop doesn't recognize my external display: HP Compaq LA2205wg. neither via vga nor via displayport.
it works without a problem on my bodhi HP desktop
what can I do?

Hello and welcome Have you tried Monitor settings a.k.a Arandr in preferences menu? You need to enable your monitor, set its resolution and apply. Then press Moksha save button (last one) for storing xrandr command to startup apps file. Stefan
