Have an old lenovo laptop with 4GB of ram, after booting using 'top' command it uses 190MB of RAM, wich is incredible ! using Moksha & Bodhi 6.0
I open Chromium, it opens on laptops screen, I want to move Chromium to external monitor, then.. 1. "I have to press up arrow on upper border, and then Chromium app gets smaller, ONLY then I can move it to external monitor, this happens from laptop screen to external monitor and viceversa" 2. Just Installed Bricscad (Autocad alternative) v19.xx, from .deb file, the icon appears applications menu, when launched Bodhi systems shows a frame saying "the app could not be launched" or the app cannt work 3. Wifi icon dissapeared from bar menu, luckily it still connects automatically 4. AppCenter from menu tries to open a link on browser, but it does not go anywhere
Looks a fine distro, sorry to bother with questions, if anyone could "enlighten" any question Have a nice day everyone ! Zorzalito

Hello and welcome. We are happy you have chosen our distro and you like it. Let me explain how to love it even more 1. yes, this is a feature which we can break. It is not possible to manipulate with maximized windows. BUT, you can change it in settings. In menu->Settings->Settings Panel->Windows->Windows_Geometry enable "Allow manipulation of maximized windows". OR, you can click on window border icon and move window to the another Screen. 2. Installing apps from Internet is not the best idea (use repository first if possible). Anyway, what method did you use for installing Bricscad app? I recommend cd to download directory and sudo apt install ./app_name.deb. It should download all package's dependencies. In case of troubles of runing app, try to open Terminology and run program here. The terminal will show you an output. 3. If wifi icon dissapeared, check Startup applications in menu->settings->Settings_panel->Apps->Startup Apps. Network item should be enabled. Then restart Bodhi. Another problem can be a random deleting systray module from the shelf. Press right mouse button on the free shelf (panel) space and check Content list. If systray module misses, add it back. 4. Yes, we have to ask our team member for looking at that problem. Thanx for the reminder. Stefan

Zorzalito The appcenter link should be working now or will be soon as the recent DNS changes spread through the network. This never got updated with our recent DNS change.
