Hi altogether, Does anyone know by any chance anything about the duration of Bodhi support? Despite my great efforts to find that out I couldn´t find anything specific. It says on bodhilinuxSo I know that Bodhi is based on ubuntu which receives 5 years of support. Lubuntu and other official derivates on the other hand just 3 years. Not sure about Bodhi though. Thanks for your help in advance. Greetings. Rosika

The Ubuntu repos will keep having updates until the end of life for that LTS release. But traditionally we stop adding deb files to Bodhi's repo for a given release upon the release of the next version of Bodhi. We simply lack the manpower to deal with keeping old releases up to date.

Hello ylee, thanks a lot for your answer. So am I right in assuming that Bodhi uses two repos: ubuntu repos and Bodhi´s repo? By taking a look in "software-properties-gtk" I found: [tab ubuntu software] canonical-supported free and open-source software (main) [tab other software] packages.bodhilinux.com/bodhi bionic b5main Many greetings. Rosika

Yes we have our own repos in addition to using Ubuntu's..
