I am running a live version of Bodhi Linux since i need a distro that fits on a 1gb drive. Unfortunately, like on Windows 10, the audio device and the battery are not recognized. I have added some information below that might help with the troubleshooting.
Please note that this is a troublesome computer, from a chinese manufacturer, and I cannot find their website for downloading drivers.
...attached 3 files with outputs to these 5 commands: (as suggested by fidoedidoe)
lsmod | grep -Ei "snd|sound|audio|multi"
journalctl -k | grep -Ei "snd|sound|audio|multi"
lsusb
lspci
dmesg | grep -i snd
