I have tried to install this: www.bodhilinux.com/a/alarm/But I cannot see the program anywhere. If I try to reinstall it says it is already installed. If I look in settings/modules I see an alarmclock icon which I can load and unload. Nevertheless how I can start that program to set reminders, alarms, I fail to see. I thought maybe in the taskbar not there. In the menu's neither. Clicking on the clock item, not there. Restarting, no effect either. Where is it?

Hello A little theory before the guidance how to add gadget on the screen or shelf. Moksha as dektop is a modular system. But not each module offers a gadcon client. Gadcon client is friendly called "gadget" and it is a module GUI. So, when you load the module in module settings, it means the module was initialized and is working in the background. But you still have no data to work with. So now you need to add gadget on the screen or shelf (according your wishes). In case of shelf, press right mouse button on the free shelf space. The context menu will appear. Choose "Content" and add Alarm gadget. The gadget will appear on the shelf and you can open its settings dialog and apply your setup. In case of screen: Main system menu-settings-gadgets-background and add Alamr gadget. The gadget will appear on the left screen side. Now you can move the gadget or resize with mouse. Press right mouse button and stop moving or simply press the middle mouse button. Enjoy

Hi after loading it. 🍃 Preferences > Panels > contents > Alarm If with the leave you mean the left down corner 'start' button, that has no submenu preferences. I have a submenu preferences in applications, but that does not have panels. I am looking for any other submenu with panels or contents, but I cannot find it. I'll already be happy with a way to start it from a terminal. Attachments:

I first did not know what you meant with 'shelf', but it's the black bar on the button of the screen with the tools, like the battery icon and the volume icon on it. I followed the instructions and now I have that alarmclock like in the Bodhi Appcenter image. Unfortunately it is not exactly what I was looking for. Though I can use it. But I wanted a sort of countdown egg timer. For example count down 10 minutes while I got some food in the oven. Yes, I burned something yesterday! I am still just curious how you could start that application from a Terminlogy command line though. Addition: I found a package called KTimer via the Synaptic Package Manager and installed that. I think that is probably more what I was looking for.
